Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.38%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Financial Services , Agriculture & Food and Cement sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.38%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 4130 ), which rose 7.14% or 0.02 points to trade at 0.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Tamkeen Human Resources Co (TADAWUL: 1835 ) added 4.63% or 3.10 points to end at 70.10 and Al Gassim Investment Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 6020 ) was up 4.09% or 0.76 points to 19.36 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL: 8240 ), which fell 3.64% or 1.80 points to trade at 47.65 at the close. Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL: 4142 ) declined 2.60% or 3.80 points to end at 142.20 and Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 4322 ) was down 2.47% or 0.44 points to 17.38.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 221 to 93 and 21 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.15% or 0.10 to $68.64 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.18% or 0.13 to hit $72.44 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 2.11 to trade at $2,674.09 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.15% to 3.96, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.03% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 106.17.
