Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell has taken the ball from Donald Trump for the market. S&P 500 futures were falling 0.1% and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.3%. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were edging up 10 points, or less than 0.1%.
