After-hours movers:

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA ) fell 6.75% after it issued preliminary results that trailed estimates. It now expects net bookings of approximately $2.215 billion for the third fiscal quarter and an updated range of $7.000 billion to $7.150 billion for fiscal year 2025.

Knight-Swift Transportation (KNX) rose 6% after quarterly results topped estimates and guidance was solid. During the fourth quarter of 2024, consolidated total revenue was $1.9 billion, which is a 3.5% decrease from the fourth quarter of 2023.

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) fell 12.5% after it announced its intent to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $400.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2032 in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA ) rose 1.2% after fourth quarter earnings per share beat estimates. Revenue increased to $3.5 billion, a 20 percent increase sequentially.

CACI International (CACI) gained 3% after EPS beat estimates and it updated guidance. Revenues in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025 increased 14.5 percent year-over-year, driven by 8.1 percent organic growth.

Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS ) rose 2% after it published results that beat estimates. Discover reported net income of $1.3 billion or $5.11 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024, as compared to a net income of $366 million or $1.45 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2023.
